This sauce is realised only with fresh ingredients including the fine Porcine mushrooms that give us a high quality, perfumed, tasty and delicate sauce.
Porcine mushrooms (boletus edulis), tomato, extravirgin olive oil, garlic, white wine, salt, sugar, fresh aromatic herbs.
- Ideal with the fresh egg pasta or durum wheat pasta, with a soft polenta or to enhance a risotto. Revive at moderate heat adding 3 spoons of cooking water and a bit of extravirgin olive oil ad lib.
