- Italian tomatoes, 30% venison, fresh vegetables (onions, carrots, celery), Barbera d'Alba D.O.C. wine, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, herbs and aromatic spices.
- Ideal with egg pasta, to complete a risotto or on a soft polenta. Heat over medium heat by adding a few tablespoons of water during cooking.
