Brezzo Wild Boar Ragù is a sauce for typically Piedmontese pasta and goes perfectly with Tajarin.
Italian tomatoes, wild boar meat 30%, fresh vegetables (onions, carrots, celery), pork, Barbera d'Alba D.O.C. wine, extra virgin olive oil, salt, herbs and aromatic spices.
Ideal with egg pasta, to complete a risotto or on a soft polenta. Heat over medium heat by adding a few tablespoons of water during cooking.
