The best Madernassa pears are cooked in red wine to enhance their sweetness and subsequently stored in spring water and sugar following the traditional piedmontese recipes.


Madernassa pear 69%, spring water 13%, sugar, red wine 6%, lemon juice.

Ideal at the end of the meal, to be used alone or with melted chocolate.
