- Recommended use
- Melt a knob of butter in a pan, pour the rice and toast it for a minute, stirring. Add half a glass of white wine and let it evaporate, cover the rice with boiling broth and turn it from time to time and when necessary add some hot broth. At the end of cooking stir and serve.
