The "Roccanivo" grappa comes from the selection of the Barbera skins of the best producers in a typical zones to produce a distillation using the discontinued traditional method in copper steam-boilers. Once distilled it is matured for 8years in wooden barrels which have different essences.
It expresses a complex fragrances, delicate, round, with great personality. Among the number of sensations the Marasca cherry, woodland fruits, chocolate and vanilla are the most defined. The taste is rich, round and delicate; of great harmony and persistence.
