The simplest way to give great taste to your pasta dishes an original recipe simple and quick. The bottarga patè is a much appreciated sauce. Bottarga is the roe of the tuna fish and pistachio. It is considered a luxury. To serve on very special occasions.


Tuna roe (50%), olive oil (41%), pistachio, parsley, garlic. It may contain traces of celery, fish, shellfish, nuts.

To flavour pasta dishes or as a cream to spread on sandwiches or toast.
Store at room temperature, away from heat and sun-light. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
