Brezzo Amatriciana Sauce is made with Amatrice bacon and tomato sauce, a sauce for pasta typical of Lazio but loved throughout Italy.

- Ideal with pasta, to complete a risotto or on a soft polenta. Heat over medium heat by adding a few tablespoons of water during cooking.
