Use with fresh cheeses such as "Alpine" cheese, fresh goat cheese, Piedmontese Toma cheese, fresh Caciotta cheese etc. Enhance the taste of the Castelmagno. To be used also with meat dishes or on bread as a starter.
Store in a cool dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
