This tagliatelle is hand-made with organic Senatore Cappelli durum wheat flour, organic chestnut flour and water, and it fully epitomises our region. In fact, chestnuts are a typical autumn product which thrives in our area. All the ingredients are 100% Italian and are processed by hand at low temperatures, so that the nutritional values of the ingredients are preserved.

- This pasta is great in autumn, at the first signs of cold weather. That’s why we advise you to try it with pumpkin or mushrooms.

- Cook for 4-6 minutes.
