- Organic durum wheat semolina flour, organic nettle powder (2%), water.
- Season the pasta simply with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to fully enjoy its flavors. If you want to overdo it, try them with a fish sauce and a sprinkling of black pepper which further enhances its properties.
