Description There are three ingredients of Pasta d'Alba egg tajarin: organic durum wheat semolina from Italian crops, organic eggs from the Livornesi White Hens of Cascina Mana and water.
The recipe is that of tradition, the eggs are still broken by hand one by one inside the basket of the mixer. Processing at room temperature so as not to alter the properties of the raw materials, hand-nesting and slow drying, also at low temperature, are the secrets for creating a product with a unique flavor.
Organic durum wheat semolina flour, organic eggs (25%), water.
- Pair them with a good duck, wild boar sauce or porcini mushrooms. In this way you will create a real first course typical of Piedmont.
