In his experiments with oxidation processes, in 2010 Teo decided to start a new project and turn the former brewery - which in the meantime had moved to a larger place - into a cellar where his beers could be cask-aged.
He acquired the casks used for great wines by renowned Italian producers to age two new beers that he created specifically for this purpose. The first beer was called Terre and was dedicated to red wines.
