The term “toma” identifies a variety of traditional cheeses produced in the Alpine areas of Piedmont and Aosta Valley.
This toma is an organic matured cheese made from quality goat’s milk. It has soft and white texture and a rather hard crust characterized by white and sometimes red moulds.

Pasteurized goat's milk, rennet, salt.
- A glass of fresh and fruity white wine or a light beer are the ideal complement of this delicate cheese. We suggest serving it on a cheese platter with some chutneys, preserves and honey.
- Place of manufacturing
- Giaveno (TO).
- Store at a temperature of 1 - 4° C.
- Vacuum packed - 100 gr
- Recommended use
- Remove the product from the vacuum at least a few hours before tasting it.
