The tomini are a traditional Piedmontese cheese. They have a very soft and creamy texture and recall the taste of fresh milk. These tomini are enriched with some truffle shavings (0.5 Tuber Aestivum).
Tomini cheese 55% (Italian milk, rennet, salt, lactic ferments), sunflower seed oil 44%, chilli 0.5%, pepper 0.5%.
- The tomini belong to the traditional appetizers of the Piedmontese tradition and are always served on important occasions with some toasted bread and bread sticks (grissini).
