The Tomini in Olive Oil with Juniper are an excellent proposal as an aperitif, to enjoy with the commensal voters one of the most characteristic cheeses of Piedmont. These "tomini" - small tome - are presented as large disks like a mouthful. The paste is white porcelain, soft and crumbly. The taste is sweet and delicate, enhanced by juniper, with pleasant acidulous spikes. They are also kept in seed oil to ensure perfect preservation of the product.
