The tomini have a very soft and creamy texture and remind the taste of fresh milk. These tomini are enriched with some truffle shavings (0.5 Tuber Aestivum).

- The tomini belong to the traditional appetizers of the Piedmontese tradition and are always served on important occasions with some toasted bread and bread sticks (grissini).
