A sweet and crumbly snack, with a great flavour and only few ingredients. To preserve the magic of those moments, Relanghe has revised the original recipe. To preserve the tradition, they have combined the technological innovation with the use of manual tools.
Contains Piedmont PGI hazelnuts, honey of Italian origin, white and dark brown sugar, glucose syrup, whipped egg white powder, potato starch, water and olive oil. Finally, the nougat is coated with dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin and vanillin).
The products may contain minimal traces of other NUTS and milk products.
