The product Vermut Rosso by Grappa Marolo has shaped the habits of its producer. Faithful to the 1854 recipe, Marolo does not use caramel, but brown sugar, also called "burnt": it does not alter the aromatic composition, but does not exalt the notes of Piedmont orange peel, gentian and lemon balm.
- A must at any time of day: special on the rocks, it gives its maximum smooth, garnished with a slice of orange.
