As peasants used to eat lunch in the fields, peaches were traditionally planted in the vineyards. Peaches therefore represented the ideal fruit at the end of the meal, small, fresh and extremely tasty!
Nectarine peaches are grown by Mariangela Prunotto's farm in the orchards of Alba, harvested at the right point of ripeness and processed after a few hours, with the addition of natural "light" syrup made with water and brown sugar.
