Zabajone is a traditional dessert from Piedmont: a soft and light custard made with eggs, sugar and sweet wine. This great version is made with Moscato d’Asti D.O.C.G.
Moscato d'Asti D.O.C.G. 74%, sugar, egg yolk, rice starch, milk cream, agar-agar (E406), vanilla Bourbon.
- Try it at room temperature with ice cream, or warm it up for a few minutes and enjoy it with cakes and pastries.
