Description
Mandarin Marmalade with Cane Sugar is made with the use of 60 gr on 100 gr of fruit.
During the preparation of this jam, the fruit is gently cooked and left in pieces. Then cane sugar is added which allows to enhance the aromas and scents of fresh fruit.
