Safe and guaranteed deliveries are provided within 48 hours from the receipt of the order. Shop Piemonte delivers directly to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. Transportation of the goods is always at total risk of the client.
The delivery has a fixed rate of 8,90 € for order below 30€ and 7,90€ for order between 30,00€ and 88,99€, for all italian destinations, islands included. In case of orders over 89,00€ the delivery is free of charge!*
Fresh products, such as cured meats and cheeses are shipped with thermal packaging, a special packaging system with materials designed to preserve the correct conservation and quality of the product without interrupting the cold chain during transport. Shipping with thermal packaging involves an increase of 1,90 € which is added to the standard shipping for orders of less than 89,00 € and remains fixed for the value of 1,90 € over 89,00 € of expenditure. During the summer the thermal shipment also applies to heat-perishable products such as chocolate and sugared almonds.
For shipments abroad, the shipping price is calculated based on the weight of the products ordered and the country of destination and will be indicated at checkout after entering the shipping address.
Shop Piemonte pays special attention to the packaging of the products, that are packed depending on their casing. In the case of glass bottles and jars, for example, a cap with an inflated inner tube will be secured around the bottles and the packaging will be safer. Each product is wrapped in cardboard and divided from the rest of the items with appropriate packaging. The items are successively boxed and delivered by express courier.
Failure to deliver
In order to complete the delivery, the presence of the customer or his/her representative is necessary. If the customer or his/her representative is not present, the customer will be charged for the cost of the delivery, and any possible stock or products that cannot be sellable to third parties. Shop Piemonte is not liable for delays attributable to the courier or caused by third parties (es. strikes, bad weather, natural disasters). Once the pack is delivered, the Customer is invited to check:
- the number of the packages indicated on the transport document , DDT or invoice corresponds to what was actually delivered;
- the package is intact and with no damages: claims must be made to the courier and must be written on the parcel with the wording “GOODS UNCHECKED”, specifying the problem, otherwise the package will be considered successfully delivered.

Price and payment methods
The prices that are applied are those indicated on the website at the moment of the order by the Customer. The prices of the single items can be subjected to variations and therefore, the prices indicated on the website annul and replace the previous prices.
The price of the purchased products, together with the delivery charges, must be paid by the Customer at the moment of the online order, by means of:
