Shop Piemonte has selected Enrico Serafino’s Alta Langa Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Propàgo because it is the first Alta Langa of the winery to be produced 100% from Chardonnay. The name comes from the Latin Propago which means bud, bud.Unexpected and intense, it stands out for its straw yellow colour with golden reflections and for its fine and persistent perlage. It will make you fall in love with its elegant hints of lime blossom, citrus, honey and pleasantly mineral. In the mouth it is dry, complex, fresh citrus with a rich crunchy texture and a long mineral aftertaste.

Alta Langa Viaventi 2018 Cordero di Montezemolo

The Alta Langa Viaventi was born from a great passion of the Montezemolo family and comes directly from the Langa hills and is obtained by selecting the best grapes from the vineyards. The production technique and style have evolved over the years, but maintain the desire to create a refined "bubble" suitable for the table at all times. After a slight passage in wood during the first fermentation, the wine is refermented in the bottle and here it rests on the lees for an average period of 4 or 5 years.

The name, of Greek origin, "Odysseus" means nobody, because nobody is at the origin of the complexity of the wine, only the terroir.Complex and delicate, it stands out for its straw yellow colour with golden reflections and for its fine and persistent perlage. It will make you fall in love with its scents of yellow flowers, bread crust, white pulp fruits and minerals. This wine comes from grapes from vineyards around 20 years of age near Vicoforte at altitudes between 400 and 500 meters with clayey and calcareous soils, suitable conditions for having excellent aromas and acidity.
