Shop Piemonte has selected Enrico Serafino's Alta Langa Pas Dosé Riserva Zero because it is the first ever Alta Langa Pas Dosé ever produced.

Unexpected and intense, it stands out for its pale straw yellow color and its fine and persistent perlage. It will make you fall in love with its elegant hints of lime blossom, honey, ripe white fruit, citrus and bread crust. In the mouth it is elegant, complex and intense, with a vibrant structure and a long mineral aftertaste.
