This allows to best enhance the character of each individual wine, which becomes an expression of a territory. Fontanafredda is made up of artisans, but with the numbers of a large company.

Their annual production represents about 6% of the entire denomination. They produce the most important DOC and DOCG wines of southern Piedmont, working on a vast territory that allows them to guarantee constant quality, divided between Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, and other typical reds for 44%, Arneis, Gavi, Chardonnay, Moscato and other typical whites for 26%, Alta Langa Metodo Classico and Asti spumante for 30%.
