Description
Shop Piemonte has selected the Alta Langa Rosé de Saignée Brut Oudeis by Enrico Serafino because, despite its complexity, it is easy to enjoy. The name, of Greek origin, "Odysseus" means nobody, because nobody is at the origin of the complexity of the wine, only the terroir.

Complex and delicate, it stands out for its bright pink colour with nuances of onion peel and for its fine and persistent perlage. It will make you fall in love with its elegant hints of strawberry, currant, field flowers, candy floss and bread crust. In the mouth it is fruity, dry and elegant with a perfect balance!
