Description
Alta Langa Autessa comes directly from the Langa hills and is obtained by selecting the best grapes from the vineyards. 

The production technique and style have evolved over the years, but maintain the desire to create a refined "bubble" suitable for the table at all times. After a slight passage in wood for the first fermentation, the wine is refermented in the bottle and here it remains to rest on the yeasts for an average period of 4 or 5 years.
