Description
A wine with a complex, intense, and ample bouquet, with hints of ripe fruit, mineral notes, and sweet vanilla notes. The palate is enveloping, savory, and mineral; an excellent aperitif or paired with delicate appetizers and seafood dishes, traditional Piedmontese dishes, soups, and risottos.
