The Company Fonterosa is located in the heart of the Langhe and produces pickled vegetables, pickles, canned fruit and jams exclusively with raw materials of small farmers and growers in the area.
Born in Alba in 1985, Fonterosa company moved to Serralunga d’Alba in 1993, in the heart of the Langhe. Giorgio and Daniela, founders of the company, deal respectively with the production and the commercial and administrative part of the company, helped by the son Fabrizio since 2004.
The aim of Fonterosa is to offer a product that could enclosed a bit of Langa in it. The specialties of the Fonterosa are the colours, the flavours and the aromas, which are the expression of the Langa people, of their working and eating attitude.
