Description

Collected in the Piedmontese woods, these fruits are later transformed into an extraordinary delicacy of perfect shape, coveted by pastry chefs. 

Matching
Drained and served on a platter with mixed cold meats becomes an unusual appetizer. Excellent wrapped in bacon or lard. Exquisite with cheese. Delicious as a dessert or with ice -cream.
