Enrico Serafino produces artisanal wines. His constant dedication to quality enhances the vineyards of the Langhe-Roero and Monferrato region declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The Enrico Serafino winery was born from an act of strong will and great courage inspired by the love for wine. In fact, Enrico Serafino came from a family of wealthy landowners from Romano Canavese, with no connection to the world of wine and at the age of 24 he decided to completely change his life. So it was that in 1878 he moved to Canale to realize his dream of producing "Luxury Wines: white, red and sparkling wines from the best vineyards in Piedmont". This is the reason why, still today, the grapes used by the Enrico Serafino winery come from vineyards in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage area of ​​Langhe-Roero and Monferrato. Even today, Enrico Serafino is a family winery that maintains its original artisan soul, the respect for future generations and the attention to detail that have distinguished it since the beginning of the business.
