Mandarin honey is produced in Calabria where vast expanses of clementine crops can be found more easily, such as to allow a single-flower honey harvest. The main characteristics of this honey are certainly the light color with shades from yellow to ivory white and the delicate and fresh aroma, the taste is fruity and floral.

Matching
Particularly suitable with fresh cheeses such as ricotta or mascarpone, or with more mature cheeses such as pecorino, caciocavallo or goat cheeses. Ideal for sweetening drinks and cool drinks or even in the evening herbal tea.
