The Baladin Brewery started in 1996 in the Langhe village of Piozzo, in the province of Cuneo, initially as a brew-pub for the consumation and tasting directly of an artisan beer. This brewery comes from the passion that Teo Musso has for this drink, for the cultivation and dedication for the land which had always been taught to him by his parents. This is how together with his beloved Michelle, the story of a beer made in an ex-winery, in a small Piedmontese village, started to travel world-wide. The brewer Teo, being a great ambitious dreamer, was always inspired during his travels, to make and try new recipes: “To persivere is never a waste of time”is his winning motto! His objective, besides that of having his artisan beer approved as being one of the best in the world, is also that of making the general knowledge of the world of beer known, through that of various collaborations.
