Brezzo beekeeping has also created the mignon format of truffle honey. It is particularly recommended to combine it with any type of cheese, but it expresses its best with sweet gorgonzola, Crescenza, Fontina d'Aosta and young Tome.

Ingredients

Acacia honey 99.7%, Summer black truffle 0.2% (Tuber Aestivum), Truffle aroma 0.1%.
