Description
The Azienda Agricola Prunotto Mariangela cultivates the best figs in the areas of Alba, which are then harvested in the orchards at the right point of ripeness and processed after a few hours, in order to be cooked with the addition of cane sugar. The "open-air" processing method is the classic method used since ancient times for the preservation of fruit. The fruit in fact after being carefully cleaned and washed is simply cooked in a pot with the addition of brown sugar.

Excellent on freshly toasted bread, with mountain butter. We get a rich and healthy breakfast or refined snack! It also goes very well with cheeses!
