A few highly selected ingredients for a selection of pasta symbol of the tricolor
The Tricolour fusilli are made only with durum wheat flour and pasta. They are bronze drawn and dried at low temperature. Thanks to the particular structure of the bronze drawplates the pasta does not come out smooth, but wrinkled. The rough surface helps the pasta to better retain the sauce. Cooking time 8 minutes.
Due to the supplier's production needs, there may occasionally be a difference in packaging and the origin of the grain also used from EU and non-EU sources.
To be combined with all your favorite sauces, the bronze-drawn pasta absorbs the sauce well.
