From their own truffle grounds on the hills of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, Tartuflanghe researchers select only the best of their harvest. 

 *The truffle is shipped separately with special thermal packaging (costs to quote), the trifulau ships on Mondays and Wednesdays. The total quantity ordered will arrive in pieces of 15g and up, until the quantity ordered is reached.

 **If you buy fresh truffles and other products on Shop Piemonte, 2 separate shipments will be made, one for the truffle and one for the other products purchased. For both shipments, dedicated tracking will be sent via e-mail. For B2B customers -10% discount starting from 5 pieces (for a total of 500 grams).
