Description

This surprisingly news is the result of years of research and experiments. A new technique has been developed: it will be possible to store the truffle for long period of time, keeping its characteristics intact.

The unmistakable aroma and the taste of the truffle are released when the product is consumed on a hot meal, liberating in this way its characteristic aromatic bouquet that makes it irresistible to the finest palates.

To taste on any type of pasta, in particular egg pasta, risotto, vegetables creams, cheese fondue, eggs, potatoes and mashed potatoes and with the hot meals that marry to the truffle.
