The Antignano Eight Rows corn is grown on the Asti hills since the beginning of the last century. Characterized by a tapered cob, with eight rows of brownish red grains. This corn has unique organoleptic properties. The pasta is bronze drawn and dried using the traditional method, at a low temperature and for a long time. This corn produces this fantastic pasta with its incomparable taste.
