Egg tagliatelle is a traditional product from Northern Italy. This kind of tagliatelle is made with a particular kind of polenta flour from Antignano, a very old and traditional kind of maize characterized by a very slender corncob and dark red kernels. This corn was known as the “corn of the king”, a name which well explains its great flavour.

Durum wheat semolina flour, eggs 27%, Antignano eight rows corn flour 8%. It may contain traces of nuts, milk and dairy products.
