Description
A true specialty with an unmistakable coffee aroma, without citrus fruits, but with the addition of dark chocolate chips.
Ingredients
wheat flour, egg yolk, butter, chocolate 7,2% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), natural yeast (wheat flour, water), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, candied lemon (partially minced lemon peels, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), emulsifier: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, ground coffee 1,2%, coffee paste 1% (roasted coffee powder, vegetable oils of sunflower and palm, emulsifier: soy lecithin), barley malt, salt, flavouring agents. INGREDIENTS OF ICING AND DECORATION: sugar, almonds, egg white, "Piedmont Hazelnut" 1,0%, kernels, rice flour. May contain other nuts, soy and mustard. Store in a cool and dry place.
