Service Temperature 8-10 °C
Tasting _Profumo fruttato con note di ribes e pesca bianca. Ha un sapore fresco con acidità viva, presente ma equilibrata che riporta alla sapidità del Nebbiolo.
Winemaking _Brevissima macerazione in acciaio, a temperatura controllata. Successivamente il vino sosta in serbatoi in acciaio alla temperatura di 16/17 °C. Il vino affina poi per un breve periodo in acciaio sui propri lieviti prima dell’imbottigliamento.
