Description
Organic Barolo Enrico VI of Cordero di Montezemolo is a high-ranking, austere and complex Barolo. It matures slowly and constantly in the bottle and expresses great expressions even after several decades, it is eternal.

Winemaking All the 6-10 days maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks as well as the completion of the fermentation for the next 10/12 days. Then the wine, transferred to small French oak barrels, carries out malolactic fermentation.

Tasting _The aroma is rich and fruity with spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate, it presents great personality and breadth with well-present yet soft tannins.
