Description

Brachetto d'Acqui Braida is excellent as an accompaniment to desserts. Made with pure Brachetto, an ancient aromatic red grape variety from Piedmont. It is produced with the Martinotti or Charmat Method, a sparkling wine process in an autoclave, which allows the bouquet of aromas to be kept intact, enhancing their intensity.

Bricco dell'Uccellone is one of the best vineyards located on the Rocchetta Tanaro bricchi. This Barbera d'Asti owes its name to a lady always dressed in black, who lived in the house next door and was nicknamed "l'uselun".The aroma of this wine is rich, complex, of considerable concentration and thickness; there are in particular hints of red fruit and small fruits, in the background some mental spices, vanilla and licorice.
