Salamini 60% (carne di suino, sale, zuccheri: destrosio, vino Barolo DOCG 1%, aromi e spezie, antiossidanti: ac. ascorbico, sodio ascorbato, conservanti: nitrato di potassio, nitrato di socio), olio di oliva 40%.
