Description

The recipe of the hazelnuts cake is typical of Piedmont. It is a characteristic dessert of the piedmontese cuisine and in particular of the Langhe. The hills of this area are the homeland of hazelnuts production.

Ingredients

Hazelnuts, butter, flour “00”, sugar, eggs, baking soda.

Buona, poco zuccherata, soffice, ma niente di straordinario.M i sarei aspettata per la versione da 500 gr un prezzo conveniente rispetto a quella da 2250. Invece 2 da 250 hanno lo stesso prezzo di una da 500
