Description
For lovers of tradition a new delicacy: the Delice Colomba with a unique flavor, soft in leavening and without raisins and candied fruit, just a soft orange-scented dough, covered with icing and decorated with whole hazelnuts.

Ingredients
wheat flour,candied orange paste (glucose-fructose syrup, orange peels, sugar, lemon juice concentrate, natural orange flavouring), egg yolk, butter, sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifier: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, flavouring agents. INGREDIENTS OF ICING AND DECORATION: sugar, almonds, egg white, "Piedmont Hazelnut" 1,0%, kernels, rice flour. May contain other nuts, soy and mustard. Store in a cool and dry place.
