2 like the Doppio Malto beer, crafted and unfiltered, skilfully distilled by our master distillers.
1 as the number of the old distillation license of the Sibona Distillery, synonymous with great past and prestige.

These two numbers together make 2.1, the Sibona Craft Beer Distillate, able to condense and extract all the aromas of the brew of origin in an elegant and unique way.
