Description

Cornmeal biscuits (paste ‘d melia in piedmontese dialect) are a shortbread biscuit typical of the Cuneo region in Piedmont. They are sweets of ancient origin with wheat flour. The special fine grinding favours a biscuit with a particularly well defined taste and with a very crumbly structure.

Ingredients

Flour “00”, Fumetto flour, butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, salt.

Storage Store the product in a cool and dry place at room temperature, avoiding temperature changes. Fresh pastry product, without added preservatives and with a short expiry date from the date of production.
